Shipping Policy

    Shipping Policy

  • We ship all orders the next business day.
  • We use FedEx ground by default, UPS Standard exclusively for Canada, and USPS to get your pillows to you in a safe secure manner.
  • All orders will have a tracking number and will be covered by insurance.
  • Orders received Monday through Thursday will ship the next morning. (unless the next day falls on a National Holiday - In this case your pillow will ship the next business day)
  • Orders received Friday through Sunday will ship Monday morning. (unless Monday falls on a National Holiday - in this case your pillow will ship the next business day)
  • FedEx can NOT deliver to P.O.Boxes - Please provide a legitimate deliverable street address.
  • FedEx does NOT deliver on Saturday. If you wish to have your items delivered on Saturday there will be an additional delivery fee of $12.50 - (this is a FedEx fee not ours)
  • Please include a valid email - FedEx will email your tracking number when your order ships.

Expedited Shipping Options

  • We will assist you to the best of our ability with your Expedited Shipping needs; however, we have no control over your local delivery person.
  • There are additional costs associated with some requests and these costs may change without notice.
    • Overnight shipping available!
    • Saturday delivery available upon request!
    • FedEx Overnight
    • FedEx 2 day
    • USPS Priority Mail
    • FedEx Ground

  • All customers requesting Excpedited Shipping will be contacted by us for confirmation, and, your shipping will be delayed until we can contact you.
  • PLEASE provide us with a good working email that you check regularly and a good working phone number.

  • We will assist you to the best of our ability with your special instructions; however we have no control over your local delivery person.

    • Signature Required = $2.25
    • Saturday Deliveries = $12.50
