Return Policy and Return instruction:
1. By law these items are treated as lingerie or intimate garments; your return would need to pass a biological test before being allowed for resale.
2. Therefore, beans72.com finds it compulsory to destroy each and every single returned item for the sake of integrity- nobody is going to purchase a used or potentially used item if there is any doubt regarding its origin.
3. We are a small company and specialize in the production of what could be considered as the "Rolls Royce" of Buckwheat Pillows; most folks (could almost say all) that purchase our products are word of mouth referrals or repeat sales, the balance have done their research and understand the disparity between the "As seen on TV" or "The cheapest pillows on the Internet!" and the high quality items that we have to offer.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Customers are also responsible for "returned shipping" charges when :
aaaa) A package is returned to us as a result of Refused Delivery.
aaab) A package is returned to us as a result of Non Deliverable Address.
aaac) A package is returned to us as a result of a Non Response.
beans72.com will issue a credit upon these conditions:
1) If you receive a pillow and are not satisfied for any reason you may return it in unopened condition for a 100% refund of the purchase price of the pillow. Shipping costs are non refundable. The full satisfaction guarantee period is 30 days from ship date. If the return pillow is shipped (post marked) in opened condition or after 30 days and before 60 days from ship date there will be a 30% return handling charge. Pillows are not returnable after 60 days.
2) If the customer chooses to return their item, they will need to return your item with the original order receipt, care manual, and promotional gift (if it comes with your order) please return ship to: Please refer to your Guarantee/ Warranty/ Return Instruction sheet that is included with every order for the Return Address.
If there is missing original order receipt, original care manual, or promotional gift, we will deduct $2.00 each from your credit.
3) We offer return labels upon request from the customer (UPS return label). This allows customers to return their items and benefit by receiving the same discounted shipping rate that UPS provides to us.
*Return shipping costs associated with our return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
*Return shipping charges are about the same price as your original order shipping charges.
*Please request a Return Label via e-mail with your return item information and QTY so we can process the return label.
**Return labels will be provided to your e-mail address.
4) The customer pays for the return shipping. Customers are responsible for the contents of your return and that we can't give you proper credit if we don't receive your items- we recommend that you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation to eliminate any problems with loss or theft. You may use FedEx, UPS or USPS.
5) After which the customer will promptly have the appropriate refund returned to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.
